Yup, after being out with Primary Seven this morning, I had lentil soup. I was good and didn't have any bread though, and I do think that Tiger Bread is the absolute total complement to lentil soup.

I made parsnip & ginger and carrot & coriander on Monday. 7 portions of each in the freezer.

Cheese and salt beef sandwiches with mayo instead of butter.

We never have butter on sandwiches, always Heinz salad creme 30% reduced fat, don't like mayo. From Rosemary Conley's Hip and Thigh diet decades ago.......
