Thank you everyone - sadly I'm at work being a bit of an IT God at the moment. I've just managed to get a PC with a TPM issue running again. I had to reflash the BIOS, add some updates and do a hard reset and then it all worked again! I'm now upgrading it to Windows 11.
I know a man who taught his dog to play the trumpet on the London Underground.
He went from Barking to Tooting in an hour.
