Re: Crisps
I miss crisps.
Cheese and onion of course.
Mind you,I have some veggie crisps, which are nice.
They aren't Walker's Cheese and Onion though.

Re: Crisps
We have loads of cheese and onion crisps here in the grandchildren's crisp drawer. Apparently they're poison.
I was in Tesco today and spotted their more-expensive-than-their-normal-crisp range of crisps. They were in those big bags containing them ridged razor sharp crisps that tear the roof of your mouth off and were sea salt and chardonnay vinegar flavoured. Was there a little twist of paper containing salt? Nope.

Re: Crisps
I only like salt & vinegar crisps with a pint of beer.
In my younger days I loved Smiths crisps that came with the little bag of salt, and then the new Golden Wonder flavoured ones, smokey bacon, hamburger, roast chicken - all about 50% salt.
I agree - those big bags of premium (= expensive), "hand-cooked", crisps are hard and horrible - like chewing your nails (and probably less flavour). I'm content with standard Walkers Ready Salted, not the "baked" or "reduced salt" varieties.

A packet of salt and vinegar and a jar of pickled cockles. Nomtastic.
