This will be bad news for somebody.
According to clever men (and of course women)from the British Nutrition Foundation. We are eating too much per portion of food.
Cheese for instance; we should only eat daily, a lump the size of two of your thumbs.
Meat should only be half the size of your hand, and spaghetti should be able to fit into a hole the size of a pound coin.
Good luck with that guys!
Thumbs
No wonder we're all fatA wanker AND a pansy apparently.
Oh, and a wimp, and 'not a real man'.

That's always been our problem, the food is healthy enough (for the most) it's the size of it on the plate

I know somebody (let's call her PP to save any embarrassment) who will eat more than that in distraction cheese.

I now have a mental image of Piggy distracting Poods with cheese.

That's not an image, that happens.
If I'm cooking with cheese, I have to have lumps of it to distract her with, or we end up with meals like macaroni..., or nothing on toast.

You can get special hands for portion control.

I once had a whim and I had to obey it
To buy a French Horn in a second-hand shop;
I polished it up and I started to play it
In spite of the neighbours who begged me to stop.
