...has died suddenly, age 75

The makeup of the team means that it's inevitable that some will be lost - Kid Jensen has had to retire and Roger Day has had a heart scare this year - but that was unexpected, and as I remember him as the first voice and long-serving breakfast DJ, on Radio Trent in the 70s through to 2000, I'm saddened.

Shouldn't Kid Jensen be renamed "Old Fucker Jensen" now?
I know a man who taught his dog to play the trumpet on the London Underground.
He went from Barking to Tooting in an hour.

That is sad news, I really enjoyed his programmes.
