Have you got about 5 minutes?

Trust me, <yeah right, says my readers> but this is one of the most moving, beautiful piece of music I've ever heard.
Paul, a retired music teacher's party piece was to ask people for four notes and he would construct a tune from it. Sadly he now has dementia but music 'brings him back' as his son says on the clip. The BBC Philharmonic put together a full orchestral version, recorded it and it was played back to Paul.
It is quite, quite lovely. The music starts a couple of minutes in but it's worth watching the full clip to understand the back story for context.

Hankies may be required.
