BROWN SURPRISE

Method:
Go to the bottom of your freezer and pull out bags of unidentifiable stuff
Defrost overnight

Preparation
Place one of the bags in a microwaveable bowl

Cooking
Anything between five and eight minutes depending on size of bag

Presentation
Empty on plate

Accompaniments
Rice, spaghetti or oven chips will complement the flavours of Brown.

Serve with
Alcohol

We had:

Wednesday: Tortellini
