Worserer than that!!1111!!! If you're going to have an artery blocking heart attack brekkie who would want brown bread with what looks like a scrape of <spit> margarine or low fat spread?

On top of that, do away with that hash-brown stuff, and add at leat one more rasher of bacon and some black pudding.
