I once had spaghetti in squid ink that made it black. Apparently squid ink doesn't really have a taste other than slightly salty but I found it very difficult to eat. It bain't nacheral I tell 'ee.

I've had that too - it didn't end up quite as black on the plate as it looked in the box but I quite enjoyed it!
