If you like pork and you like cheese

...you'll love this easy-peasy porkie-cheesie dish!

I had some pork loins and was looking for something a bit different and found this recipe. It was new to me so if it's something everyone else has at least twice a week then forgive me.

Season the loin chops both sides. I used paprika and garlic steak seasoning.
Spread on thinly dijon mustard
Add waffa-thin slices of onion on top
Add a dollop of mayo and spread out
Add some strong cheddar cheese

Put in oven 180º/35 mins

Bloody lovely. The chops stay very tender.

Thinking about it if you did have this twice a week then you won't have to worry about Covid.

Unfortunately I'm not a fan of pork or mayo, I'll just have the cheese please.
