Yes Suzy, agree with both of those and I was a Blondie fan from way back, in fact the first album is still my favourite and I saw them back in the 70's too.

Alison Moyet does have a great voice and it took Vince Clarke to realise that he could take her bluesy voice and team it with his electronics to make something new and special.

When I say I saw Blondie a lot of years ago, it was in 1999, I wasn’t old enough in the 1970s nor would I have been allowed to go trotting off to see Bands

The Live version of Situation on the Alison Moyet Album I have is so good, a lot better than the recorded version, plus she did sing it to me as well
