Never really a great fan of Bob but Blood On The Tracks is a very good album, least I thought it was the last time I played it about 40 years ago.
Odd thing, ain't it... you meet people one at a time, they seem decent, they got brains that work, and then they get together and you hear the voice of the people. And it snarls.

Blood on the tracks is indeed a fine album. One of the few where Dylan's voice is good for his songs.

As with any artist, I like some but not all of his work.

Unlike other artists, I like more of his music when it's sung by others.

I know a man who taught his dog to play the trumpet on the London Underground.
He went from Barking to Tooting in an hour.

Apparently he's smelly.
A wanker AND a pansy apparently.
Oh, and a wimp, and 'not a real man'.

You're thinking of Jools Holland (no relation) or Rory McGrath I think?

I read an article somewhere by women who fancied him, but one claimed that he has really bad BO.

Another one to add to the Smelly List then.

Incidentally, I discovered this morning that there's someone working here called "Pigeon Alpha". I am of course trying to discover more. We use a lot of contractors from the sub continent to handle first line support calls. It's a great name isn't it? My previous favourite co-worker's name was someone who works in Austria called Wolfgang Pongs. I have often wondered whether he does.

Pigeon Alpha?
That sounds like the kind of name a pigeon impersonating a human would use.
Be careful.

Normally when I get an email from one of these sub-continental contractors and I cannot tell whether they are male or female, I put their name into Google Images. That way i can see whether they're a boy or a girl. With Pigeon Alpha, Google Images wasn't much help to be honest.
