Johnny's top 12 albums
This is really for the musicologists among you, Mr Lydon's fave albums. Some surprises, some not so surprises. I have owned 9 out of 12 at some point in my life. So your favourite albums are...

Odd thing, ain't it... you meet people one at a time, they seem decent, they got brains that work, and then they get together and you hear the voice of the people. And it snarls.

Cliff Richard?
Really?
Something about that bloke troubles me.
He gives off a Jimmy Savile vibe

Cliff is one of the albums I've never owned...
Cliff was Britain's Elvis don't you know, like Elvis he turned to mediocraty and easy money through the 60's. I may have mentioned this before...

Yeah, but who did he shag?
Everybody has a 'thing'
It could be girls or boys or something in between, but everybody has something.
He never says.
That makes me suspect that it's small boys.

The Kinks were overshadowed by the media's obsession with the Beatles/Rolling Stones. A brilliant pop combo IMHO.

Re: Johnny's top 12 albums
Undie you should seek out early Alice Cooper stuff, especially the Killer album. As a band they were very good, the solo career following Billion Dollar Babies not so good...

Re: Johnny's top 12 albums
I think the problem is that 80s solo hair rock image, and have never bothered to get past that
Re: Johnny's top 12 albums
I think you may have put Vince in a pigeon hole there Undie. He was never part of that Hair Rock scene. His early stuff from late 60's early 70's is very raw and interesting...
